Subdivisions Surveytech has been involved with numerous subdivisions.  Our services include: boundary; design; topography and route surveying for design; construction stakeout; and final platting of the finished product.  Some of the subdivisions we have worked on include:   Southern Chase Oak Hollow   Raccoon Hollow  Governor’s Pointe Kiser Woods Pressley Downs   Afton Park Hammer Farms   Municipal Surveytech has provided services for area municipalities since the firm’s infancy.  Our work has included: route and easement surveys for utility design and construction; annexation surveys; boundary surveys for property acquisition and sale; topography and as-built surveys of parks; GPS ground control for aerial photography and GIS location.  Some of our clients include:   City of Albemarle City of Concord   City of Locust   Town of New London   Town of Harrisburg Town of Biscoe Town of Badin Cabarrus County   CMUD (Charlotte Mecklenburg Utilities Department)   Stanly County Surveytech is an active contractor for Duke Energy performing boundary surveys for property sales, profiling for transmission lines, right of way surveys, substation stakeouts, and transmission line water crossings.   Communication Towers  Surveytech has preformed numerous ALTA and topographic surveys for communication towers.                                  Surveytech has done construction stakeout for Myrick Construction on numerous sites, including: Montgomery County Middle School, Kevco, Sunbelt Industries, Goulston Technologies, and Matsushita.   The Fork LLC Surveytech provided the boundary survey and the ground control for topography of this 1100+ acre private hunting preserve, equestrian park, and private home. Morrow Mountain State Park Surveytech recently provided topography for design of expanded office and museum facilities and a new nature trail for handicapped persons.
